The most notable Look 17 changes you’ll notice on the “back end” of your website are new Callouts. These are design components used like building blocks to create a webpage. You can drag and drop them to change the order.

Callouts come with fields that allow you to choose colors, images, and enter the text that appears on them. No HTML coding is required.

I've outlined in red the Callouts that appear on this Homepage, so you can see what they look like on the "front end":

Also, you may notice that the “Basic Page” Content Type is no longer being used. Be sure to use Sub-page instead of Basic Page going forward. Here is what you may see when creating a Sub-page:

Initially, you may not be able to add or edit Callouts (as in the above screenshot), but you will be able to edit Body content in the WYSIWYG editor as you did before. At a later date, we’ll make changes to user permissions that will allow you to use the Callouts. We’re still finalizing how permissions will change, so look for more on this topic later.

We are developing online video training resources to teach you how to use callouts. Prior to that, Contributors and Editors will be able to schedule in-person training.
